Having a list ready when you call saves time and prevents errors. Use your customer number
from a previous invoice if possible. Note the catalog page of the item if you have
questions... we're here to answer them! |

Custom Orders
Deposits are usually required on custom items.
Please note that deposits can only be refunded if the item ultimately proves to be
unavailable. Late delivery is sometimes unavoidable, and deposits will not be refunded as
a result of lateness.
Dealer Inquiries
Wholesale sales to the racing trade is a major
portion of our business. Please call for information on our dealer programs.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa,
Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. We accept UPS C.O.D. We offer Net 30
terms to customers who submit a credit application and personal guaranty to us for
approval. Heintz Performance/Heintz Bros. Automotive reserves the right to decline account
status. Please call if you would like to set up an open account.
 
Methods of Shipment
UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd-Day, UPS Next
Day, UPS Saturday Delivery. Federal Express. Motor Freight and Air Freight. WE DO NOT SHIP
BY U.S. MAIL. All shipping charges are invoiced to the customer. A $3.50 packaging and
handling fee is added to every shipment.
Returns/Credits
Please notify us of your intent to return an
item within 10 days of receiving it. All returns will be judged on their merit. Obviously,
we cannot accept items for return which have been drilled, ground, painted, or installed
and used. We know most racing customers are knowledgeable about the items they purchase.
However, if you have questions, please ask us, as that's what we are here for! We want you
to get the right part the first time! Items returned because of an Heintz
Performance/Heintz Bros. Automotive error will not be subject to any restocking fee. All
other returns may have a 15% restocking charge.
Please order carefully, and ask for any
information you feel you may need before ordering, as WE DO NOT MAKE CASH REFUNDS! We will
credit your charge card, issue a credit to your account, or exchange the item. Problems If
you feel any of our services or products are not up to par, we want to know it! If you are
not happy, tell us! We will do whatever we can to serve the needs of our customers. We
value your business!
No Warranty/Liability Statement
There is no warranty, express or implied, offered
by Heintz Performance/Heintz Bros. Automotive. This includes no warranty for suitability
for use. This includes all products we sell, or services provided. Some manufacturers
offer warranties and we will assist customers in filing warranty claims with
manufacturers.
The use of high performance street or
racing equipment is dangerous. Failures of equipment, new and old, can occur suddenly or
without warning. Heintz Performance/Heintz Bros. Automotive assumes no liability or
responsibility for this and gives no warranty or guarantee as to safety or suitability for
use on any product or service provided for use on street licensed vehicles or for racing.
